Whether for your own use or holiday lettings, our policy provides the widest possible cover at a price that is affordable

As experienced holiday home insurance specialists, we understand that your holiday home may be left unoccupied for more than 30 days at a time. Our holiday home policy continues to provide full cover without any penalty or restriction in cover, although we will ask that you arrange for someone trustworthy to inspect the inside of your holiday home if it is empty for more than 30 days in a row and we will also ask that you keep the heating on during the winter months or turn the water system off and drain it down.

£5,000 cover for white goods as standard when buildings insured

Accidental breakage of fixed glass, sanitary ware and underground pipes and cables

Accidental damage to TV, video, audio, computer equipment when contents insured

Loss of metered water when contents insured

Replacement locks and keys when contents insured
