We understand that there may be many reasons why a commercial property is unoccupied, which is why we created our unoccupied commercial product. Whether pending sale, let or undergoing renovation or conversion works, our scheme has been carefully designed to meet your requirements.

Cover is available for all types of commercial property, including shops, offices and industrial units for buildings insurance and public liability. The level of cover provided will depend on the individual circumstances and we do ask that you inspect the property regularly and that you turn off the mains services.

Accidental breakage of fixed glass, sanitaryware, ceramic hobs and solar panels,
