domestic property in France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy,
Eire, Germany, Belguim, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Malta and
Cyprus. The policy is underwritten
by Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) plc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Munich
Re the largest reinsurance company in the world.
We can insure Buildings and Contents and your Liability to
the Public is automatically covered. Property can be left unoccupied
for long periods and sub-let to tenants.
The major risks covered are for the following:-

• Malicious Damage
• Fire
• Flood
• Burst Pipes
• Storm
• Impact with road vehicles
• Subsidence
• Landslip
• Heave
• Earthquake
The normal excess is £50.00 rising to £100.00
if the property has been left unoccupied for 21 days or more
when the claim occurs.
Subsidence, Landslip, Heave and Earthquake
have a £1,000.00 excess.
